Air Design Systems is the largest full service dealership, mechanical and plumbing contractor in northwest Florida. We are licensed in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana.

We handle everything from large mechanical and plumbing contracts, to light commercial applications, residential retrofit and new construction, and small residential service jobs.

Our company is divided into two divisions:

• Mechanical and Plumbing Division. These are mostly large commercial and industrial applications, where jobs are contracted through the “bid process” or “design build” process.


• Dealership Division. This division consists of residential and light commercial applications for HVAC and plumbing, and has departments for IAQ (Duct Cleaning), service, preventive maintenance, retrofit, new construction, and light commercial work.

Air Design Systems has highly trained service technicians, and a NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaners Association) certified indoor air quality specialist to serve you. We also have a custom sheet metal fabrication shop.

Air Design Systems has a professional after-hours answering service, and a full service department with 24-hour on-call HVAC and Plumbing technicians.

Design-Build

Based on our relationships with architects, engineers, consultants, material suppliers and subcontractors, Air Design Systems is able to form successful design-build teams to meet the needs of our clients. The value we add to a Design-Build project team is in our vast project experience, our knowledge of the work, our capability to review designs for constructability, and our cost estimating expertise. By adding our experienced construction professionals during the planning and design processes, we are confident that we will provide alternatives which can save you time and money.
