With over one hundred employees, Air Design Systems is one of the largest full service mechanical and plumbing contractors in Northwest Florida. Air Design Systems was established in Pensacola, Florida during July of 1977 by Bill and Jean Brown, and is now licensed in Florida and four surrounding states.

Safety

Air Design Systems is committed to providing our employees with a safe work environment by helping all of our employees develop a culture of safety awareness. In order to meet this commitment, our OSHA authorized Safety Managers have developed several safety programs and policies that aid our employees in achieving and maintaining safety at all times.

Safety is integrated with the project functions of planning, communication and production. Starting with an analysis to determine what safety concerns exist on each project and what can be done to address them. Air Design Systems then takes the steps to ensure that employees work together as a team to promote safety.

On-site safety audits are performed to verify that all safety measures are taken in the field. Furthermore, peer observation is encouraged to be reported and discussed with the Operations Managers to ensure that all employees are working in a safe manner.
