The Tuesday after Christmas and the below-freezing temperatures, I noticed our water line was leaking just on the house side of the meter. I called and was told they were understandably very busy repairing water line breaks, but they would try to work me in. A crew showed up at 2:45 p.m. the same day and had our water line repaired and water back on to the house. Top notch company! Thanks!

My kitchen sink clogged up Thanksgiving morning. I tried everything! Friday morning I started calling plumbers. Most were still closed for the holiday. I was so upset. Then I called Air Design. By this time, the toilet was backing up! They got someone to me quickly! Brendon H. was the kindest and most professional employee. He got everything fixed and calmly chatted with me. He even pet all the dogs! The price was good, not outrageous. I will definitely call them again! What an awesome employee you have!!
