The Tuesday after Christmas and the below-freezing temperatures, I noticed our water line was leaking just on the house side of the meter. I called and was told they were understandably very busy repairing water line breaks, but they would try to work me in. My kitchen sink clogged up Thanksgiving morning. I tried everything! Friday morning I started calling plumbers. Most were still closed for the holiday. I was so upset. Then I called Air Design. By this time, the toilet was backing up! They got someone to me quickly! Brendon H. was the kindest and most professional employee. He got everything fixed and calmly chatted with me.
