Professional Journey
Caleb began his career at Air Design Systems in 2014 as a helper working on residential and commercial HVAC and plumbing installations and service. He quickly advanced into project management roles, estimating, and managing HVAC projects ranging from small residential jobs to multimillion-dollar commercial builds. His early experience gave him a strong foundation in mechanical systems, workforce operations and customer expectations. By 2019, Caleb was promoted to Vice President, where he oversaw the entire mechanical division – including HVAC, Plumbing, and fabrication. Caleb became General Manager in 2022, expanding his leadership to the full company and playing a key role in corporate budgeting, management development, and operational performance. In 2025, he was appointed CEO, where he continues to drive growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and elevate service quality across all divisions.

Outside of work, Caleb enjoys spending time with his wife, Savannah, and their two young children – Levi, age 2-1/2, and Lainey, 3-months old. These moments with family and nature keep him grounded and fuel his passion for leading with purpose and balance.
