Project faced budget limits and a tight timeline, requiring multiple trades to coordinate in a shared workspace.
The Challenge
This project experienced budget constraints. This project also had a very specific timeline that was crucial to maintain and required several different trades to share the same workspace and coordinate as one team.
The Solution
Working diligently, efficiently, and planning the work very carefully with others. By utilizing BIM coordination we were able to faciliate this. Our skilled crews have ensured that this would be a successful project.
The Benefits
Like all Air Design System projects we followed the P.A.S. rule when selecting the equipment on this project (Price Availability Specification). We selected equipment that met the design intent while also fitting within the budget/lead time constraints.
