David Swartz has dedicated 42 years to Air Design Systems, a respected mechanical contractor providing residential and commercial HVAC and plumbing installations. He began his career in 1983 as an apprentice and quickly developed a strong foundation in the trade. David spent six years specializing in residential HVAC installation, followed by eight years of commercial HVAC installation, gaining extensive hands-on experience in both sectors.
As his career progressed, David moved into leadership roles, managing the company's fabrication shop for 10 years and later serving as Mechanical Operations Manager for 15 years. His decades of experience across field work, fabrication, and operations have given him a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of the business.
David strongly believes in Air Design Systems long-standing commitment to quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and doing what is right. The company has always stood behind its work and put customers first - values David continues to uphold. Since 1999, he has been authorized through OSHA at Georgia Tech to conduct General Industry and Construction Safety training, and he is qualified to teach both OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour courses.
