Matthew joined Air Design Systems seven years ago as Controller, where he quickly distinguished himself through his analytical expertise, leadership, and commitment to operational excellence. His strong financial stewardship and ability to align financial strategy with business goals led to his rapid advancement to the role of Chief Financial Officer.

As CFO, Matthew oversees the company’s financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
